Hello! I have a ~3 year old Delaware hen that has had no feathers on her butt for quite a while. At first I was not concerned as I had felt her for egg bounding and assumed it was her molt. Now, I am getting slightly concerned as it has been quite a while of this. I’ll attach a picture. Could this possibly be a deficiency in her diet or mites? I checked for mites about 2 weeks ago, but I can double check. She has been on layer feed (I can check the brand and post it if helpful), and that hasn’t seemed to have caused any problems with any of my hens (I’ve been using the same type of feed for about 10 years no issue). Her behavior has not changed, but I know they can mask it until the problem becomes too much for them to hide. Any thoughts would be appreciated as I want to ensure she’s not uncomfortable! Thank you!

Looks like she's been plucked. Possibly she grows in new pin feathers and they promptly get plucked back out.
She will likely feather back in nicely when she molts and the process will start all over again.
You can apply a little NuStock to her bald area to help deter picking and protect the skin from the poop.
