3 year old EE , found not with the flock, large amount of green liquid from her crop, very skinny and puffed up

I noticed my EE was in the coop by herself this am . when i picked her up, i put pressure on the crop and a large amount of green foul smelling liquid was expelled. She also had a bundle of very dry feces around her vent. I have had chicks for several years and have never seen this type of illness. I have cleaned her up and put her in a puppy play pen. I thought of given her a small dose of Nutradrench but not sure about that. If any one can advise would be appreciated. .. Linda

There is not much to see. She is not active, stool is very loose and on the dark green side
