3 year old silkie rooster having trouble breathing!

I have a 3 year old silkie rooster that is having trouble breathing. He does not act sick and has been eating and drinking easily. I noticed it about a week and a half ago and I thought it was just a piece of food stuck in his throat. It has gotten worse since then. It only sounds raspy when he crows, runs around or done any physical activity. It is starting to get worse and I want to make sure that it doesn’t get any worse. None of the other chickens have any symptoms of it.

I would look inside his beak for canker or mucous, that his nostrils are not clogged and make sure his crop is emptying overnight.
