30° and molting!

This is a molting contest so it is the best of the best (or worst of the worst). Seeing this might make you feel a little better.
Those babies aren't molting. They're only 14 weeks old. That's just the colors their feathers are since they're mixed RIR and BR.

The older girls are the ones molting but they were embarrassed and didn't want their pictures taken. 🤣😉

My barred rock is in pretty bad shape. Naked bottom seems to be the worst of it, but she's having a hard time with the cold. I brought her inside tonight (it'll be below freezing) and I spoiled her with some leftover meat for some extra protein.
