30 hrs after external pip no more progress. Do I help ?

Hey guys
I really need some help
One of my chicken eggs externally pipped for more than 30 hrs now but hasn't made any more progress

I can see the beak and mouth still open a d close like she is talking.
Wondering when will be the right time to help
And yes I have read the assisting hatching post and still confused
I leave her in because everywhere j read it says be patient and let them be

Does it look like she's chewing?

She is opening and closing her mouth like she is still talking. Not really chewing
I did end up opening a little more but hit a vein. I stopped and looked into the shell. It looks like there are still tiny veins left to be absorbed. I left her back into the Bator with a wet paper towel under her. Add extra water to make sure she doesn't get dry out
Hopefully she will be out when I get off work
