actually, it's pretty hard to find a post on here as it is. People ask the same q's over and over again. it's nice that some people would prefer to search questions and read other's ramblings. i go in spurts with my participation, but i'm always reading myself.
I know from my experience the search feature is kind of hit and miss. I know there have been times that I read a post on a topic, but when I try to do a search for it all that comes up are topics from a year ago. sometimes its easier to ask a question that may have been asked before than to read ten pages of irrelevant posts to find the one that has the info you need. for example, do a search for "hard boiled eggs" the first listing that comes up has the last post as 2007. If you wanted to read something recent on hard boiled eggs you'd have to 14 pages of posts. I guess that I'm saying that if you don't read every day, you may miss a topic and they can be hard to find.
