Jan. 5 - 30secs/30secs/30 thingies/30 squats
Jan. 4 - not much. Saffy plank + forearm, that's it.
Jan. 3 - 143lbs. Legs: bike and a few squats
Jan. 2 - arms: hand weight and planks
Jan. 1 - start
