Jan. 5 - 30secs/30secs/30 thingies/30 squats
Jan. 4 - not much. Saffy plank + forearm, that's it.
Jan. 3 - 143lbs. Legs: bike and a few squats
Jan. 2 - arms: hand weight and planks
Jan. 1 - start

have been doing ok on the eating.....making my detox soup tomorrow and trying to get back into workout routine.... have somehow managed to drop 6# but i’ll take it as a win!!!

You don’t need extras when you’re moving that much!! And while sick!

If I don't do extras nothing will change.
I need by summer time.
