As you can read by the title, I have a baby chick I hatched on September 23rd this year. It's a loner and it stays with it's mum. But I just noticed that it hasn't grown at all in the past 1.5 months and stays stunted. Now, my uncles who are supposed to take care of them while I give exams, messed up and now the chick caught a cold. It isn't eating or drinking anything except the medicine I give it and stays in a corner of the coop. Now, at this rate it will die. So please suggest something guys, I've always been helped alot by this amazing community! I was thinking if I should make a smoothie sort of thing and make it drink it? Again please leave tips. Thanks yall!

What are its symptoms?

What is your location and weather?

You can try giving this chick some sugar water to give it an energy boost, and offer it some cooked egg to get it to eat.

Do you have Poultry Nutri-drench? Any sort of chicken vitamins? Give some in the sugar water.

Do you have an antibiotic on hand? If so, which one?

Symptoms are being less active and eating less. Also watery nose

South east Asia, weather is a bit cold. Highest it goes to 29C and lowest it gets to 19C

I'll try the sugar water and egg boost thanks!

I have chicken vitamins so I'll give it to her.

No antibiotics now. I'm moving so everything's still all over the place.
