Yep I think so too! This pullet was born brown and is now a mother!. 9 of my 16 Iowa Blues hatched are brown

I tried mixing chicks with the nativity... my 7 year old was yelling, "don't let the chicks peck baby Jesus." We will leave that poor attempt in the camera.
