3rd Annual NYD Hatch "Designer" Egg Swap Thread

Oh ditto that! Around here it's the eating of live mice that those rotten cats delight in. Ick! And then they leave the mousie hams for me to clean up!

The hens are, red broiler, barred rock, production red, gold sexlink, and buff orpington. The roos are silkie, red broiler, or EE. Other than that I can't tell you. you'll have to see what happens when they do hatch.

I just shipped out my two packages of eggs, Priority. They're in QVC boxes (recycling such things makes me happy) so whoever gets eggs in any other type of box, they aren't from me or my flock. Hehehehehehe.

9 eggs in each. I haven't yet opened an egg which is NOT fertile - I always look for the bulls-eye - so having all these roosters around is worth it. With regards to hatching, anyway...

LOL.....have you ever had to get up in the middle of the night and take a plastic sack away from your cat? Midnight human torture is so true when it comes to cats.

One time.... at my brother-in-laws, I was rudely awakened by their DEAF white cat playing with an empty gallon milk jug. She was batting it around the kitchen on the tile floor!

I never thought of this for a toy... bet it scared you!
