3rd batch and eggs are hatching... 6 days early!

6 days early!!!! i was so surprised! he looks and acts fine... will he be ok?
the other eggs arent ready to hatch (but look like they only have 3 moredays!)


why did she hatch early?

PS:she is a EE roo X buff orp hen!

Maybe the temp was too high before set ??

both thermometers said 99.5 F. The egg that hatched was smaller would that be why?

For a chick to hatch six whole days early I think it must have been accidentally incubated for a while prior to your setting it in your bator. I can't think of any other explanation unless it isn't a chicken egg at all but some other type of bird with a shorter incubation period...
