3rd egg came with out shell

What you need to give her is time. Sometimes it is just a glitch, I have had shellless eggs, and they are disgusting, but then they outgrow it and it will be fine.

I have heard the whole oystershell thing, and the layerfeed thing, but I think that would be a pretty extreme case, and ALL of your hens would be laying shelless eggs.


If it goes on over a month - then call her dinner.

Here's what you should do... hold a frying pan right under her when she gets to her perch to lay the egg, let the egg fall into the pan, bring pan to stove, fry it up! She saved you the whole cracking the egg shell part!
