I am pretty sure I know which are roos and which are pullets. Can you tell?? There are 6 chicks..... 2 RIR, 2 LBs, 2 BOs.

It is so hard not to want to figure them out.. I had LBs last year and 6 other kinds and I spent days and hours trying to decipher. Best advice is to wait for a little longer. they all grow so differently. Out of 30 chicks I figured at least 8 were roos. Turned out only one was. But they were well into 18-16 weeks before I got really positive about what they were. Lbs can take a long time to mature.
I ended up trusting the hackle and saddle feather method. Shapes of roos feathers are different cept on ee's. Even with combs it was hard to know. Good pics , by the way. I'll have to get my dh to post my kids too. They are all about 12-9 weeks and I think one is a roo but still not sure about the others

But it has a dark stripe on it's head. Isn't that supposed to indicate pullet in the RIRs?

Does it??
