I have a free 3x5 coop with one open side and a 1/4 inch wire floor. Will my 4 week olds be ok in there for a month or so? Barred rock and americaunas. Im coop building this week but wanted more time to scavenge wood, wire and roofing. They are 3 weeks old in the basement right now in a 32x48 box.
I have a plan for a 4x8 coop and 8x12 run that includes the 4x8 under the coop.
