3yo hen walking like a duck

I have a three-year-old hen who has started walking with her legs far apart and waddling like a duck. Not sure if she’s still laying eggs. She has had a soft white-ish stool for a couple of weeks now. She is still eating. She free ranges and has supplemental feed and cracked corn for treats. Any thoughts of what this might be?

She has had a soft white-ish stool for a couple of weeks now. She is still eating. She free ranges and has supplemental feed and cracked corn for treats. Any thoughts of what this might be?

Not sure if anyone saw this or not but I took my hen to the vet and she was negative on all the tests they ran. So the bit thinks it’s probably her heart. They removed about a cup of fluid from her abdomen area. The doctor gave her some antibiotics and we’ll see how she does.
