4 1/2 week old EE cockerel or pullet?

I'm new to the site but I've aways browsed the forum, and I figured since you guys seem pretty good at this guessing game maybe someone can help me out here lol

I've got three EE's from Tractor Supply, two of which I'm pretty sure are pullets but this one I've been having my doubts about... He/she is about 4 1/2 weeks old. I've included as many pics as I could find of him/her, let me know what you think:











So, what do you guys think?

I am not an expert, and EE's are hard, but that could be a pullet.

I think its a pullet, by that age my rooster had a pretty prominent comb already. I'm not really sure though

I hope it's a pullet! This little one is awfully bossy though, and always first to sound an alarm, but I have had some bossy, take-charge hens before, so I'm not sure

Pretty sure that's a cockerel. The coloring is awfully patchy and the comb is developing already.
