4-5 Week old chick had prolapsed vent not doing well getting pecked

Yesterday I noticed one of my two chicks had what looked like a prolapsed vent. I put a little sugar on it and it went back in, but the other chick was pecking her behind so I put some vaseline on it. She is not looking very good today.

Age 4-5 weeks will be 5 weeks on Tuesday

Seems hard for her to move around, she seems uncomfortable.

She has been eating, I mixed yogurt in with their crumbles yesterday.

Had trouble pooping initially they had been eating the newspaper in the brooder.

This morning she had a watery poop with lots of white in it.

I am feeding non-medicated chick feed.

Please advise what should I do.

How is the little chick doing? If you see it starting to lapse out again, you might try a little prep-h on it.
