Vent gleet/prolapse/abscess? What am I missing

Pics
Unfortunately she passed this evening. She continued to get more and more paralyzed. She lost more and more appetite but was dranking more and more. She was in a sling during the day as she had lost all ability to hold her body upright over the last few days. She seemed comfortable but started to look puffed up and weak again yesterday. Today I took her out of her sling and placed her in her shavings to dust bath while I prepared her vitamins etc for the night. She was resting on her hocks and moved her wings a bit but made no dramatic noises or movements. When I turned around less than 5 minutes later she had flattened completely on her side, open mouth and dead. I suspect her heart gave out. I do think it was Mereks that showed symptoms after the stress of the prolapse: but I don’t understand why the rest of my flock is perfectly healthy still. None are vaccinated.
I’m very sorry you lost your beautiful girl ☹️
