We have 6 chicks thanks to a broody hen. They are mix breed with the father definitely being "Stormy" and the Easter Egger is the mom of 3 and ISA brown for the other 3. All the chicks hatched within 5 days of each other, starting on April 27 and I have noted if they were a little behind the others.
Stormy is the dad for all the chicks!
Chick #1 Yellow (Very obviously a Roo)
Chick #2 Dalmatian (thinking Roo)
Chick #3. Black (thinking Pullet)
Chick #4. Light Brown mix (part EE) (for sure a Roo)
Chick #5. Dark Brown mix (part EE) about 3 days behind the eldest (thinking Roo)
Chick #6 Grey (part EE) - about 5 days behind the eldest (thinking pullet).
Pic of #2 Dalmatian and #3 Black
Pic of all of them
Pic of #1, #5 and #6
#6 (and the bum of #5)
Are we on the right track in terms of gender guesses?
Thanks,
Erin
