4 chickens, 3 eggs

Howdy chicken lovers. So, I’m new to loving chickens. I have 4 Ameraucana chickens. They have been laying since about May 20th this year. Every day I get 3 eggs. I have 4 chickens. I am wondering if I have a rooster in the coop, or a hen who is not laying? I have my eye on one in particular who I have never seen on the nest, but she does not crow. She is a little more aggressive than the others and often goes off on her own adventure around the yard without the other girls. what do you think?

Photos are needed to assess both gender and production status. 3 eggs from 4 birds does not mean all are not laying....nor does some starting on 5/20 mean all have begun laying
