4 chickens in a backyard coop

Hi all, I have 4 chickens in a backyard coop in Northern California. I wish I was able to free range them but I also have veggie garden

Have questions on feeding and keeping these guys safe, will be reading and posting.

Don't feel bad if you cannot free range your chickens. There are many of us that keep our chickens in runs for a number of reasons. In my case, I have eagles and hawks to worry about. But my chickens appear to be healthy and happy in their chicken run, and I know they are much safer than running around the yard as an easy meal for our local predators.
