I have 4 chicks, 2 Easter Eggers approx. 4 weeks old, 1 frizzle approx 6 weeks old, 1 silkie/cochin blend approx. 6 weeks old. I have posted Sylvia (the silkie/cochin) a couple of times, but she has changed a lot in the last week and thought I would post one more time... I apologize if I am being overzealous with sharing her
A: Zooey is the only one I feel pretty positive about being a pullet. She has skinny little legs, really not much of a comb, and is the quietest of the bunch. She has fairly fluffy cheeks, I wonder if she will end up with the fluffy cheeks/bread when she is fully grown up feathered. She is the bottom one in the first picture

B: Mary Louise Parker, my other 4 week old Easter Egger. She suddenly became a good bit larger than Zooey, her legs are much thicker, and it looks like she has a three row peacomb. I have heard mixed things about how accurate the three peacomb rule is, so I'm not sure if that means anything. Her legs are so long! I'm wondering if that could be a reflection of the breed mix she is? The breeder I got her and Zooey from said they were sexed and were female... Hopefully she was right...

C: Harold Crick, my 6 week old frizzle, who I posted about a few weeks ago with concerns about whether she was a he. one responder said as long as her comb and wattles didn't turn more red or develop much further, she was probably a she. I haven't seen much change since the last post.

D: Sylvia, my 6 week old Silkie/Cochin blend, who I have the most concern about. When I posted last week I had a few say pullet and one guess cockerel. Suddenly, over the last week her comb has gotten even bigger, redder, and wattles are appearing! She isn't especially large, but she has a big personality. She is always bumping chests with her fellow ladies, and definitely has the queen bee position among the other chicks. If she is a rooster, are silkie/cochins good roosters? I will keep her if she is non aggressive and not too loud. She is pretty feisty right now, and doesn't like to be held much.

I know they are still young, and it is still a guessing game... I am just impatient! Thanks for the help!
