Tiny Chick Grows Tiny Wattles, Shocking World Leaders.

I've posted about my chick, Tilly, before.

She's a 2 week-old frizzle mottled cochin bantam. I purchased her, sexed, from Meyer Hatchery specifically to replace a potential rooster in my other batch of cochin bantams. She is the most high-energy chick in the history of existence.

I snapped this photo about an hour ago at the watering hole. Why are there fleshy bits coming out from my 2 week-old's wattle gutters?! Tell me it isn't so!
