4 Day Old Rhode Island Reds

I just brought my babies home on Saturday and they're doing great in my homemade brooder!

They'll be one week old tomorrow...at what age have you all started giving them treats? I've been handling them often so they get used to me, and even without having food in my hand, they will come to me when I reach into the brooder.

Also, I wondered what age I can start to take them outside to play. I live in Arizona. Right now, the temperature is BEAUTIFUL, it has been in the 70's-80's (i know this is chilly compared to their 90 degree brooder) but I've seen some posts from people claiming they have taken their chicks out as early as 2 weeks. I just wanted to get some other opinions!

I give mine treats at any age, as long as it isn't too big for them. I usually take my chicks out at around 2-3 weeks, but not for a very long time, each time.
