4 day old Silkie- navel or pasty butt?

Hi all, my little Silkie had a touch of pasty butt yesterday so I cleaned her up and trimmed the fuzz around her vent. This morning she has what looks like either a scabby navel or crusted poo below her vent- the vent itself is clear. Should I clean her up or leave it to dry and fall off on its own? She’s eating, drinking, chirping, etc. like normal and her poops look fine.
