I have 2 female pekins and 2 males. every day i get 4 duck eggs that are shell less. i know the 2 are males because i see them mate with them. I dont think this is normal.

do you're males have tail feathers? because female ducks can go through the "motion" of mating and still be females. the shell less egg, i'm not sure about.

Hmmm... your shellless eggs problem could be a result of lack of calcium which is what the shell is made of, try buying them some oyster shells and adding them to your ducks diet

Shell'less eggs could also be because they are the first eggs its ever layed ( if they are young)

What Squirtchy said. Get them some crushed oyster shells to munch on.

As for the mounting, that doesn't mean the one on top is a drake. Females also do this to show dominance and establish pecking order.

Look at the tails of your ducks. Do any of them have a very noticeable curly feather sticking out? If not, you have 4 girls. While ducks CAN lay 2 in a day at times, getting 2 a day consistently is extremely rare.

it wierd because they laid one a day that were normal then they didnt lay today so ill look at them tomm and let you know

What do their VOICES sound like?!

If they quack, they're girls, but boy ducks {called drakes} make a "Kwek-kweeeeehk" sound.

It seems you have four girls with a bit of a calcium deficiency.

two of them have like 1 feather that is curled like a c. and also 2 of there voices a realy raspy and deep.

Sounds like two drakes and two hens then... hmmm. interesting.....
