4 eggs on day 18 and 8 eggs on day 16. When to Lockdown?

This is my first hatch. I started with 16 eggs and this is what I have left... assuming I candled correctly! I have two that might not be good but I couldn't tell for sure and I read on here that if it didn't smell to leave it in there. I set my eggs two days apart. When should I lockdown? How long do I leave the first set of chicks in there if they do indeed hatch? I have the humidity set on my RCom 20 at 45%. I think I'm supposed to increase it to about 65% and take it off the egg turner. Right???

What is the earliest we might expect to see a hatch? I don't see or hear anything yet.

Happy Valentine's Day to you too! I had a staggered hatch too...I had 4 hatch out on the 10th and one is pipping now. I locked down on day 18, but after my 4 hatched I removed them and turned my other ones one more time. I then locked down again for the second batch. I hope this helps!
