4 mo old Buff Orp boy or girl?

I have 4 buff Orps that are almost 4 months old, this little one started developing much earlier than the other three. I'm new to raising chicks, I've only taken in hens before these guys, so any help is appreciated!

She's got a little stump that she's able to use, but really she gets around fine (clumsy, but fine), and our RIR takes really good care of her

I'm also somewhat suspicious that the bird on the left in the first picture is a cockerel (the other bird looks like a pullet). The comb and wattles are a lot redder, and it seems to be getting a lot of tail feathers.

I don't see a cockerel if they are 4 months old. My 4 mo girls are getting red and growing combs and wattles and one has just started laying. she's laid 3 eggs so far this week.
