4 Month mystery bird, hen or rooster?!?!

I actually returned another one of these birds at 8 weeks because I thought it was a cockerel, the guy said they were all single comb white sussex hens and he got them from McMurray, they all looked like lil roosters to me, but I htough I was just being paranoid, so I kept one anyway, but now I'm thinking I was right all along.

Any help would be appreciated, Thanks.
