4 month old chicken with mouth open

Our 4.5 month old Plymouth Rock hen is leaving her mouth open whenever she sits down. She normally closes it like the other chickens. She still appears to be eating normally, pooping normally, and running normally but she is resting and leaving her mouth open a lot. Picture is attached. What could this mean? Thank you!

That's how chickens pant when they are hot or stressed. It can happen when they have a bad respiratory problem and can't breathe well, but she doesn't look sick, so she's probably hot. Make sure she has shade.

I don’t think she’s hot, she’s in shade and the temperature is same as always.
