So, she has a little more color to her comb, but still pretty light. We ran out of bread today, so we have to hit the grocery store tomorrow...

A week of that therapy would have been effective, I should think, if it was going to work.

Just keep an eye on her. See what happens over the coming month. If she's otherwise healthy and active, I'd not be concerned. My guess is that she doesn't need any special diet or doctoring. She may simply not be a prolific layer, like her flock mates. Lots of reasons why that we never uncover.
