your white one!
mine hatched on the 4th of july,
did you worm yours? and if so, what with?

You know that is something I have missed out on so far. I bought peafowl as adults and the youngest I have ever bought has been two yearlings but that is it. I really hope to someday have chicks so I can raise them to my liking. That is a good mix 4 girls for a very lucky boy! They just look so cute, do they let you pet and hold them?

Yes he can go outside, but worm him with safe guard for goats 3cc per gal of water. start after he has be outside for two week.

That is a Indiablue peacock , he look nice and healthy.

They are very tame, but i never try to pick them up, nor do i want to,i don't know about peas but i never coddle my chickens and gesse but when they got older they trusted me enough to crawl up in my lap and sit.

When i make my rounds during the day i have 100's of followers.

okay, update time,

my peachick, is warming up to being out side, he is sleeping in his "bedbox" at night (box full of straw) and comes an walks around in the day time. no problems so far. question is, it is getting colder here, it was 5 degrees celcius here today (41 farenheit) and is he warm enough ?

India Blues can take the cold better than some of the others. I have IBs also, about the same age as yours. What I'm going to do, is when it gets down below 30 (which is rare here, but at some point during the winter it will happen) I'm going to run a brooder lamp out there so they have the option of getting under it if they get cold. But as long as it's over 30 degrees AND they are protected from the cold wind/rain, I think they'll be fine.
