I initially thought we hatched two pullets, but am not so sure now. Anyone want to weigh in?

🤔 Hmm. @Overo Mare ? Your expertise is required! I see an enigma in front (male comb but no wattles, male neck feathers but no saddles, somewhat male tail feathers and stance) and a puzzle in the rear (mostly pullet, but .... ?)

I can't see any pointy saddle feathers 🤔
They both have darker shoulder patches and uneven color typical of males of that coloring. The larger one has shiny male feathers coming in in the same area. Both seem to be late bloomers, but to my eyes they are cockerels.

Good eye, I just thought that was lighting.

I definitely see what you mean, but yet, :idunno

Can we get better pics of the saddle area in full lighting? I do believe I see what Jed is seeing.

My thought was pullets before that. Like Jane said though - I'd expect to see more male characteristics at 16 weeks.
