This one looks female and looks to be an Easter Egger. Agree with @FunClucks that more photos and more information will be helpful.

I do believe she is an Easter egger. She's going on 14 weeks old. The one in front is Cluck Norris, she is the same age and breed.

They're both going on 14 weeks old. These two I believe are Easter egger. They were sold to me as pullets. Green band, Cluck Norris. Red band, drumstick
