Thank you PipsandPeeps for the wonderful eggs.

ALL 4 of my 7 pipped eggs have hatched (most with a little help) and they are fluffing up in the brooder. I have candled the other three and I think we are done. They seem to be developed but no movement and they haven't broken into the air cell. I will leave them in the incubator a couple days just to be sure. I once had three Swedish ducks hatch on day 38

Here is a pic of the beautiful babies.

So, if I remember right the girls have a darker silvery back than the boys...is this right? And wasn't there also a difference in their beak colors? Wet and dry all four of them looked the same kind of a silvery darker back and head the camera flash made one look lighter but in natural light they are all about the same ......I'm hoping for girls.

Thanks ! I should mention there is a newborn chick in the back of the picture also.....a single Langsham chick hatched and I didn't want her to be alone.
