4 thermometers and 4 different temps - HELP!

I am a first time egg hatcher and I’m stressed about the temperature of the eggs. I have an incubator with an air circulator and egg turner. The problem is I have 4 thermometers and I’m getting 4 different temperatures. How do I know what the real temperature is? I have 2 manual ones and 2 digital.

Take the temperture at the top of the eggs. Then rotate the eggs to avoid leaving an egg in a cool spot.
