I think I'm going to go with cockerel. It looks like the neck feathers growing in have the pointy- rooster shape. And that big and red of a comb at that age?! I think you might have yourself a handsome young boy!

The comb is pink but not overly large, and it does look like there are wattles coming in. I would give this chick at least another couple weeks if not longer before you try to sex it. Orpingtons can be tricky, and it's still pretty early.

Since this is a slower-maturing breed, that's a suspicious amount of color in the comb/wattles. I'm leaning towards cockerel for now. Another few weeks will tell us for sure.
