I have a buff who is 7 weeks old as of tomorrow and is identical to yours. I will be pretty surprised if she ends up a dude so I would be pretty confident that yours is a pullet as well. My two buff roos had very red combs and mini wattles at only 4 weeks. I think some girls just are a little redder than others, like the one you have and then some are like my other pullet who is a pale peach. Without major comb growth and wattle development I wouldn't worry.
