4 Week Chick Seems unhealthy

Hello,
I need some help with one of my leghorns. She’s drinking, eating and moving around pretty good. Her eyes always seem sleepy and her feathers are more scarce than my other leghorn. I’ve checked her over numerous times and I can’t find anything on her physically that would indicate an illness. No one is pecking her either. Everyone’s poop is normal and I added a probiotic in their water this morning to help. Is this the beginning of something?
