Those severe warnings are placed on the packaging to protect the manufacturer. People with severe allergies and sensitivities to the active ingredients in the wormers *could* be affected by the trace amounts of wormer in the eggs.
I have eaten "wormed" eggs, and I have fed them to my dogs as well... No one in my house has suffered any ill effects, but your mileage may vary.
Wazine is also just step one... in 2-4 weeks, you'll need to worm with something a little more potent like Valbazen to get the "rest" of the worms beyond round worms.
