4 week Delaware gender guesses

Well I got my final chicks for the season 4 weeks ago and realize Delaware’s grow quickly (I have some others). In looking at the feathering I am getting worried they might be boys!

Is each pic a different chick? If not can u tell me which is which?
 
Oooh... I hope you are correct! I already got rid of one cockerel this season. The smut/spotting is throwing me for a loop though!
(Is it illegal to have roos where you are, or do u already have a roo?)
 
We can have a roo, but I won't keep one that is not kid friendly. I am trying to hold these chicks as much as I can to keep them friendly, just in case. All of my hens were hand raised.
