4 week old chick dead

Hi I have about 15 chicks I moved to the coop with a heat lamp two nights ago. Tonight the third night I found one unexpectedly dead. The coop is insulated with little draft and the temperature reads 90 under the heat lamp. They have plenty of room to roam to where it is not that hot. No one is huddled together like they are cold. Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong. I don’t want to lose anymore.

Is it too hot inside? Ventilated enough?

The temperature of the outer coop i estimated to be about 75 or a little lower
