4 week old chick feathers falling out!

Wondering if anyone has any advice on what’s going on with this chick?? She is 4 weeks old and noticeably smaller/less feathers than the other three chicks we got at the same time. Her feathers are finally coming in but seem to be “droopy” and falling off of her, particularly on her wings. Has anyone seen this? The chicks are still living inside at this point but going out to play supervised on warm afternoons. Please help if you can, worried that she is finally getting feathers but they dont seem to be staying in. None of the other chicks are having this problem. We are first time chick parents.

If she’s eating and drinking well, and seems healthy otherwise, I’d say it’s a growth spurt. Make sure they’re getting plenty of protein and that she truly is getting enough to eat.

Is she at the bottom of the pecking order? She could be getting beat up.

She is still eating and drinking. It seams she is at the bottom of the pecking order because of her size, but I see her pecking her own feathers more than the other chicks. Will her wing feathers grow back? She seams to be losing a few a day.

When I look at her again, she‘s probably still in her first molt. It happens about 1 week old and can go until 6 weeks.
