4 week old chick, lethargic and panting

Hi. My polish chick (4 weeks old) is acting very strange. She’s lethargic, strained breathing, was quietly chirping a lot then suddenly had a burst of energy and ran around the brooder. Then just as suddenly would stop and either lean her head onto the side of the brooder or slowly crouch down until she was in a seated position.
I separated her but she isn’t moving. Just panting.
She is vaccinated for Marek’s and was perfectly fine earlier this morning. Can anyone help me figure out what’s wrong with her and what I should do to help?

What do you feed your chick, including treats?

Do you notice any coughing, sneezing, mucous, bubbles in the eyes?
Any strong ammonia smells in the coop?
What's her poop like?
Crop emptying?

I'd work on hydration, giving some poultry vitamins if you have them.
