4 week old chick lost its mom tonight

I have 25 chickens that free range during the day. One hen has been raising one lone chick that was born 4 weeks ago. Tonight when I went to lock the chickens up the baby was in the coop on a perch near the other chickens, but I didn’t see the mom. Then I found the mom dead behind the coop. Something ate only the head. I also lost a chicken a few days ago and only the head was missing.

My main question is will the 4 week old be able to fend for itself without its mom amongst a flock of 25 chickens? Most of the hens and roosters are full grown, but I do have 5 girls that are 2 months old. I don’t think the chick would be happy if I isolate it.

At four weeks, it would be a week ish away from being weaned. He'll be fine.
