4 week old chick no wing feathers

I have 26 day old chicks. Barn yard mix, mama hen hatched and mama raising. They have free roam of the homestead. They have been on medicated chick starter since day one. Always clean water with a splash of apple cider vinegar occasionally. One was born just a little smaller than the rest with no wing or neck down. When i first saw it i didn't think it would make it. It started eating and drinking. And seems fine. It is growing and gets along just fine, just no wing or neck feathers.

Did they hatch from your eggs? It could possibly be a weird looking turken, but just a guess.

Yes, they are from my flock. 100%.

If it is otherwise healthy, parasite free, and not getting picked on by the others, it probably just needs more time.
If any of the above are happening or suspected, you can try isolation to see if they have the chance to grow in.
