4 week old chick picked at and bleeding

his back is almost picked cleanand theres alil blood... i separated a part of tha caige for him what shuld i do to stop them from bleeding?

Try some blukote and cover with vasseline or neosporin on wounds, and then maybe a red heat lamp to stop them from pecking.
