4 week old chick won't open eyes now!! HELP!

My friends chicks had this around 3 1/2 weeks and had some similar sounding symptoms. She sent me this when I asked if she remembered what it was when her chicks had that problem.
Coccidiosis is very common with young birds, happens suddenly, and makes birds listless and uninterested in food and water. She could look up more information to better compare symptoms. Garlic chopped fresh and fine is what many people use in their chicks' water, as well as some apple cider vinegar (keeps the gut pH lower to prevent bad microbes from thriving).
