I have 8 chicks and they are all lively and jumping about except for one.

She is sleepy and doesn't really move around as much as the others, she still eats and drinks her water though

I should mention she was "born" from an incubator at home... if that helps and she was always "inactive" since she hatched

She is also really small compared to the rest of the chicks

Today I checked and she sneezes more, maybe once every 5 - 10 seconds and has her mouth open.

I tried to separate her from the others with a hot water bottle as heat, but she seemed cold so I put her back.

What should I do? And what's wrong with her?

Sounds like you have a failure to thrive chick. These chicks are runty in comparison to their peers- slower to grow, inactive, sickly, poorly feathered. There is usually some defect present that is not visible to the naked eye.

I would just let her go as she has been going. If she is going to make it she will. They often don't, though, so I would try not to get too attached to her. I have only ever had one failure to thrive chick survive into adulthood. All the rest died very young without any real reason or warning.

Good luck.
